Cecile Ann Clayton sold our home for us and did a terrific job. We called her and talked briefly to ask her to come out, view the home, and help us sell. She was so well prepared when she came out initially to talk with us about the listing. This was on Saturday. The following Monday she called to say she had put up a sign with flyers and had booklets inside the home for buyers. The booklet had copies of the necessary real estate paperwork included and area information such as the schools. She set up a virtual tour for the internet of the home with quotes describing the inside and outside. We looked at the tour and were amazed at such a great job. It made us want to go look at the home ourselves. We had looked for a home in a different area for a couple of years by driving around, looking at open houses, pulling up tours on the internet, and always reviewing the newspaper ads and real estate booklets. Hers was the best virtual tour we had ever looked at, not because it was our home, but because of the uniqueness of the tour with the music and descriptive quotes. Our home was sold on Friday. Of course, it took time to do the closing and Cecile was always there. She kept us up to date on the buyers' situation as our closing depended on their selling their home. Everything went smoothly. Cecile was in constant contact with us throughout the process. She demonstrated her ability and knowledge of the real estate business. Although we had an offer within 5 days, the house was kept open for others to view until the couple buying ours sold theirs. During this time, Cecile would call and let us know about each showing. She protected our interest in our home as though it was her own.
